Responsibilities Mentor and lead a high‑performing team of real‑estate professionals Act as a strategic leader focused on quality of sites using quantifiable data for sound selection criteria Manage brand‑partner portfolio related to real‑estate and their development pipeline Work cross‑functionally to influence and drive pipeline/process efficiencies with brand partners and internal peers Develop and implement real‑estate strategy, including site selection, market expansion, and lease negotiations Provide monthly/quarterly/annual site forecasts Build strong relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, brand partners, and other stakeholders Qualifications College degree in real estate or a business‑related field 6+ years of experience in the real‑estate market 4+ years of leading high‑performing teams Ability to travel at least 50% of the time Proficiency in computer skills with a focus on mapping software Proven track record #J-18808-Ljbffr Wingstop Restaurants Inc.
