The Role: What You’ll Do This isn't a coffee-fetching internship. As a Hotel Management Intern, you will rotate through key operational departments to understand the heartbeat of our hotel. You’ll work alongside department heads and gain hands‑on leadership experience. Key Responsibilities Front Office & Guest Relations: Master the art of the first impression. Assist with check‑ins/check‑outs, guest requests, and VIP services. Housekeeping & Operations: Learn the logistics behind maintaining our high standards of cleanliness, room inspections, and inventory management. Shadowing Leadership: Attend management meetings, learn about budgeting, scheduling, and labor management, and assist with a capstone project aimed at improving hotel efficiency. Who You Are We are looking for energetic, detail‑oriented individuals who genuinely love hospitality. Qualifications & Skills Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A people person with exceptional communication skills and a natural knack for problem‑solving. Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can keep a cool head under pressure. Flexible schedule (hospitality never sleeps, so some weekend, evening, or holiday shifts may be required). Previous experience in customer service, retail, or restaurants is a plus, but a great attitude is a must!
