Requisition No: 882682 Agency: Children and Families Working Title: RECORDS TECHNICIAN OPS - 60932748 Pay Plan: Temp Position Number: 60932748 Salary: AGENCY TO UPDATE Posting Closing Date: 09/04/2026 Department of Children and Families Duval County, Florida Jacksonville This posting will be used to fill a part-time position vacancy in the OPS Current employees will be compensated in accordance with the DCF salary policy. This work is NOT remote. It is in the office.

What you will do: This position you will be responsible for using Adobe platform to redact documents to comply with public records requests and document subpoenas. Additional responsibilities include updating DCF spreadsheets to reflect status of public records requests. Office of General Counsel will provide daily work assignment(s) but position is under administrative authority of Family Safety.

Qualifications: Minimum of a High School Diploma. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe Professional or higher Applicant must pass level 2 background screening as described in chapter 435, Florida Statutes. Applicant must acknowledge and comply with DCF security policies due to the confidential nature of documents being redacted.
