Direct Support Professional

As a Direct Support Professional at Devereux, you will work with dedicated professionals to help individuals complete daily activities, manage health and personal tasks, achieve personal goals, engage in recreation, and maintain a safe therapeutic environment. Location South Rd IRA, Germantown, NY Salary Commensurate with education and experience:

• HS Diploma/GED: $19.00 - $20.33 per hour
• BA/BS: $20.00 - $21.40 per hour
• MA/MS or higher: $21.00 - $22.47 per hour

Qualifications High School Diploma/GED required; 2 years of related experience preferred or Associate's Degree with 1 year of related experience. Valid NY Driver's License. Flexible, patient, energetic, creative, with a sense of humor. Strong passion for working with and helping children and adults with special needs.
