Mortgage Loan Officer

Overview If you are a self-sourced loan officer licensed in Arizona looking for a better place to work, Lower Rate Lending is for you. Are you lacking support, losing deals to price, or taking too long and too hard to close deals? If so, now is the time to make a change. You will get 24/7 support from the Owner who has almost 30 years of experience running large organizations closing loans quickly and efficiently. Our average turntime from submission to CTC is 4 days, so you’ll be done and onto the next deal with weeks to spare before closing. The role is 100% commission and 1099. You will work for yourself using our platform, so there is no management oversight or minimum production requirements. The only requirement is to meet compliance and quality standards.
