Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer, based in Phoenix, AZ, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves building relationships with clients to guide them through the reverse mortgage process, providing financial planning advice, and educating clients on financial product options. The Loan Officer will assess client needs, structure tailored loan solutions, and oversee the application and approval process. Additional tasks include generating leads, meeting sales targets, and staying up‑to‑date with industry regulations and guidelines. Qualifications Strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and expertise in Reverse Mortgages Background in Financial Planning and Finance, with a solid understanding of financial principles Proven experience in Sales, with strong customer relationship and negotiation skills Ability to assess client needs and recommend tailored financial solutions Up‑to‑date knowledge of mortgage regulatory compliance and industry trends Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license or willingness to obtain one Excellent communication and interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation - Reverse Mortgage
