Create preseason sales, gross margin and inventory plans by division and department that support product strategies Reconcile top down to bottom-up division/department plans Reforecast sales and manage inventory for all basic styles and style colors to meet department financial goals Communicate financial results to manager and cross functional team on a weekly basis and determine in season pricing actions. Support Monthly Open to Buy Forecasting by reconciling receipts, and working through a financial forecast with action plans to support path to financial targets.
