Location 911 South 5th Avenue,Mansfield, TX, 76063,United States Base Pay $37,000.00 - $130,000.00 / Year Other Compensation Commission Required Degree 2 Year Degree SafetyTest and Equipment, a nationwide Power utility tooling and PPE provider, is actively seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our sales team as a Customer Service Representative focused on assisting customers and Outside sales team. This full-time position requires a dedicated individual who possesses excellent communication skills, resilience, & drive to help our sales team succeed. The successful candidate will embody a positive attitude, take pride in their work, and be an integral part of our sales force. As a Representative - Customer Service, you will respond to customer inquiries by telephone and e-mail to provide inquiry or problem resolution. You will resolve mostly routine and some non-routine, more complex problems and communicates solution or requested information to the customer. You will analyze a customer's service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow up as needed. Requirements Responsibilities: Support customer base by answering questions, concerns, account inquiries as well as handling customer complaints. Process payments for cash account customers. Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the customer liaison between other departments when necessary. Back-up support to sales counter with walk in and telephone inquiries.
