Are you the kind of person who can brighten someone’s day with just your voice?
Do you love talking to people, solving problems, and spreading good vibes? We're looking for a friendly, outgoing, and energetic person to join our team as an Insurance Customer Service Representative—someone who can make our clients feel cared for and confident every time they call or message us.
No prior experience is necessary
Responsibilities
- Chatting with customers and making them feel heard, supported, and understood.
- Helping with questions about policies, billing, claims, and more—always with a smile.
- Translating “insurance speak” into plain English that actually makes sense!
- Updating customer info and keeping things organized.
- Following up with customers to make sure they’re happy and everything’s been taken care of.
- Working closely with the rest of our fun, supportive team to keep things running smoothly.
Requirements
- You’re a people-person through and through—friendly, upbeat, and easy to talk to.
- You’re a great communicator who can stay calm and positive under pressure.
- You love solving problems and helping people—it just comes naturally.
- You’re comfortable using a computer and learning new systems.
- Customer service experience is a big plus; insurance knowledge or a license is even better (but we can help you get there!).
- License P C (If not licensed we will fully reimburse you to get license)
