We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to program, set up, and operate both CNC lathes and CNC mills in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role involves interpreting blueprints and GD&T, performing precision machining operations, inspecting finished parts to tight tolerances, and making machine adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.

Temp-to-Hire position

$ 25.00 / hour

Full Time work available

First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

• Available on Day Shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) or Swing Shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM)
• Program, set up, and operate CNC lathe and mill machines to manufacture precision components.
• Read blueprints, work instructions, and GD&T specifications to ensure quality production.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and make machine offsets and adjustments as needed

Minimum 3 years of manual CNC machining experience, machining apprenticeship, or related technical certificate.

Experience programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathe and/or CNC mill machines.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical work instructions.

Working knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to use precision measuring tools and perform quality inspections.
