Occupational Therapist
OT Home Health- Day Shift - Floating to AHGL/AHSV areas as needed. 3 days a week/days will vary depending on the week 8am-5pm (24 hours/ per week). EPIC experience required. Must have minimum 2 years experience having worked in the submitted unit specialty within the last 3 months.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD): Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2007; or foreign equivalent.
- Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice: Required
- BLS: Required
