Jr. Insurance Analyst

Our client is a privately held real estate organization located in the Mid-Atlantic region. The Junior Insurance Analyst role will support its Risk Management Department in administering insurance programs and ensuring compliance through managing insurance-related reports. This is a direct hire full-time position, onsite, based in Fairfax, VA, offering a salary range of $60,000-$70,000 per year Responsibilities Support the Risk Management Department in administering insurance programs. Manage and prepare insurance-related reports to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Assist with risk mitigation efforts related to property insurance and liability coverage. Coordinate communication with insurance providers and internal teams. Maintain accurate records of insurance policies, claims, and certificates. Monitor insurance renewals and policy expiration dates. Assist in the evaluation of insurance coverage needs and recommendations. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, or related field. Previous experience or internship in insurance, risk management, or a similar role. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work onsite in Fairfax, VA. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience supporting property and liability insurance programs. Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance standards. Experience with insurance reporting tools or software. Insurance certification such as CRM (Certification in Risk Management) is a plus. Familiarity with real estate industry risk considerations.
