Compliance Coordinator - Health License & Inspection

Provide comprehensive administrative support related to health, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across multiple store locations. Assist with the preparation, coordination, and submission of required documentation for health permits, inspections, and other regulatory processes. Support and facilitate various administrative and clerical tasks associated with health and food safety compliance. Coordinate with internal departments, store teams, and external agencies, including local health authorities and health departments, to ensure timely completion of required procedures. Maintain, organize, and track records, reports, and documentation related to health permits, inspections, and compliance matters. Monitor deadlines and follow up to ensure timely processing, renewal, and submission of required materials. Assist in reviewing inspection reports and summarizing corrective action items as needed.
