Pay Rate: $23 Location: 4000 Macarthur Blvd Newport Beach, CA
Resource's typical working day:
- Conference services
- Greeting guests
- Answering telephone
- Directing phone calls
- Not heavy phone, mostly redirecting
- Booking conference rooms, in a system for the client
- Setting meetings up
- Beverage service
- Setting up catering
- Parking validations
- Could be backing up the mail room
Must Have Skills:
- Experience in an office setting
- A couple of years in a receptionist
- Client is very detail oriented
- Attention to detail
- White glove service
- Multitasking, calm under pressure
Nice to have skills:
- Mail room experience
- Years of experience: Few years of receptionist experience
- Education: High School Diploma
- Software skills: Needs to be able to learn systems- conference booking system
- A lot of email
- MS Office Suite
Summary: As a CBRE Receptionist, you will provide administrative tasks to a department or office. This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and other duties.
