Through purposeful innovation and the strength of its connections, CCC technologies empower the people and industry relied upon to keep lives moving forward when it matters most.Month-End Close & Journal EntriesPrepare and post journal entries in Workday Financial as part of the monthly close process, including accruals, reclasses, and recurring entriesSupport timely and accurate completion of the close cycle in accordance with established deadlinesAccount ReconciliationsPrepare and maintain balance sheet account reconciliations with audit-ready supporting documentationInvestigate and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner, including identification and escalation of issuesPerform cash reconciliations using bank and vendor data, and complete payroll-related reconciliationsAccruals, Analytics & ReportingPrepare key accrual analyses and supporting schedulesPerform variance analysis and provide explanations to support management reporting and financial review processesAssist with ad hoc reporting and analysis for managementAudit & Financial Reporting SupportSupport quarterly reviews and annual audits by preparing PBC schedules and responding to auditor requestsAssist in the preparation, tie-out, and validation of financial statements and supporting disclosuresInternal Controls & ComplianceSupport compliance with internal controls over financial reporting (SOX), including execution, documentation, and audit supportAdhere to company accounting policies and contribute to maintaining a strong control environmentRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field0–2 years of relevant accounting experience (public accounting or corporate accounting preferred)CPA or CPA candidate preferredProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reconciliation skillsExperience with Workday Financial or similar ERP systems preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, audit-ready workProven ability to manage tasks through completion in a deadline-driven environmentInterview Policy & Privacy NoticeA video interview is required for this position.
