What You’ll Do

As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the friendly face (or voice) of our company, ensuring that our clients have a seamless and positive experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshooting and resolving client issues with efficiency and empathy.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed effectively.
Documenting interactions and feedback to help us continuously improve our services.
Providing exceptional support that reflects our commitment to excellence.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who brings both skill and heart to the role. To thrive in this position, you’ll need:

At least 1 year of experience in a customer support or similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Attention to detail and a knack for multitasking.
A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
