Supports the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to achieve business objectives. Key duties include ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and strategic utility of organizational data and designing, developing, and maintaining reports to support healthcare economics.Primary Responsibilities:Data Collection, Management, and Integrity Assist with collection, entry, and processing of datasets from internal and external sourcesFormat and import datasets into data warehouseConduct ongoing audits and validation to ensure data quality and integrityMaintain and improve data systems, tracking tools, and reporting databasesData Analysis & Reporting Extract, manipulate, interpret and summarize data to answer business questions and support decision makingAnalyze data from various sources including claims, membership, provider, and utilization dataDesign and develop analyses and reports that identify trends, outliers, and areas for improvementConvert complex data into compelling narratives that support strategic actionServe as subject matter expert related to internal and external data and reportingPerformance Tracking Monitor financial, clinical, and operational performance metricsIdentify and resolve discrepancies between internal and external performance reportsDevelop trends analysis including gaps, opportunities, and data visualizationsCollaborate with teams to design actionable and measurable improvementsNote: The above stated duties are intended to outline those functions typically performed by the incumbent in this position. This description of duties is not intended to be all-inclusive nor to limit the discretionary authority of supervisors to assign additional tasks of a similar nature or level of responsibility.You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:2+ years of experience in healthcare quality, data analysis, and/or population healthProficient in MS Excel and SQLPreferred Qualifications:PowerBI/Tableau experienceFamiliarity with medical terminology and procedure codes (ICD-10-CM and CPT)Proven excellent verbal and written communication skillsProven detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and follow tasks through to completionPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment.
