Data AnalystLocation: Hybrid in Akron, OH (Candidate must be local to Northeast Ohio) Schedule: Monday – Friday Salary: $80,000 – $100,000Why Join Our Team?Enjoy a flexible hybrid schedule with 2 days working remotely each week.Partner directly with executive leadership and contribute to key business initiatives.Design impactful reports and dashboards that drive strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities of a Data AnalystTransform, cleanse, and prepare client data to ensure successful system implementation.Analyze and validate data integrity while identifying and resolving integration challenges.Develop insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations that support client success and business outcomes.Collaborate cross-functionally with project stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet client needs and expectations.What We're Looking for in a Data AnalystBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.2+ years of experience in data analysisAdvanced Excel skills, including data modeling, complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.Strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
