Title Dental Assistant Job Description Assist our dentists in providing top-notch care during a variety of dental procedures Help patients feel comfortable and confident from the moment they walk in Keep our treatment rooms prepped, polished, and perfectly organized Take and develop X-rays, sterilize instruments, and maintain infection control standards Be an integral part of a collaborative team that values quality, care, and fun! Salary Range full-time $22 - $35 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. - Commission-Based Incentives: Benefit from incentives based on your contributions to procedures like impression taking, equipment setup, and patient education. Shift & Schedule - Work Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday : 7 AM - 4 PM; Thursday: Closed; - Breaks: 30-minute meal break (not counted as work hours). - Overtime: Overtime available during busy seasons and paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate. - Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required. Requirements Driver’s license X-ray / Radiography Certification Dental Assistant certification (Required or willing to obtain, depending on state laws) X-ray certification (Preferred) A team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills Someone who genuinely loves helping people smile—literally and figuratively!
