About the Role:

Join The Dental Center as a Dental Receptionist in Red Bank, NJ, where you will be the welcoming face of our practice. We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to help us provide exceptional service to our patients.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and manage the front desk operations.

Schedule appointments and handle patient inquiries efficiently.

Maintain patient records and ensure accurate billing information.

Coordinate with dental staff to optimize patient flow.

Handle phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.

Assist with insurance verification and claims processing.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient experience.

Requirements:
