Medical Receptionist
University Radiology is looking for a Full Time Medical Receptionist for our Tinton Falls, NJ Imaging Office. Monday - Friday: 11:30 am - 8:00pm & 1 Saturday per month This role is eligible for a 15% shift differential for hours that qualify under the policy
Greet and check in patients
Confirm/enter patient demographic information
Validate appointment against the prescription
Collect payments in accordance with payment policies
May be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment and must be able to adhere to all department and facility safety protocols.
Medical front desk experience
Computer literacy
Knowledge of pre-certification
Outstanding communication skills and a positive attitude
