Earn Big : Base salary of $55,000, First-year top performers can make $75K - $90K+ , with average earnings of $65K - $75K . Compensation Structure: Weekly salary plus monthly commission. Strong sales skills with a natural ability to negotiate and connect with clients. Proven success in sales with a track record to back it up. A knack for building relationships over the phone. Experience with CRMs and basic knowledge of MS Word & Excel . College degree? Great! But we also value your sales experience just as much. What You’ll Be Doing: Selling solutions —offer our logistics and supply chain services to clients. Prospecting daily —make phone calls and generate leads.
