About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to the President of its Health division. This pivotal role is focused on driving clarity, alignment, and execution within the strategic and complex growth business. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor and operational partner, helping to shape and operationalize the division's strategy while ensuring disciplined execution against key priorities. A comprehensive understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including various services and regulatory considerations, is essential. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for translating strategy into structured plans, measurable outcomes, and scalable operating mechanisms, and must possess strong business judgment, operational rigor, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, regulated environment. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field, with at least 10 years' of experience in strategy, operations, healthcare, consulting, or business leadership. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and strong business and operational acumen, ideally within healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated industries. Exceptional communication skills, a data-driven approach, and the ability to manage and influence stakeholders across diverse teams are also necessary. The ideal candidate will be both framework-oriented and execution-focused, capable of advising at a strategic level and driving initiatives to completion. An MBA or advanced degree, experience in healthcare services, digital health, or regulated environments, and previous experience as a Chief of Staff or Technical Advisor are considered a bonus.
