Regional Sales Manager, Acute Care, Phoenix, Arizona

Responsibilities
- Develop Sales Account Managers and customers to build loyalty and accelerate regional growth
- Create regional strategy and address objections to achieve financial targets for revenue and profitability
- Lead, coach, and direct sales team while reinforcing company vision and market position
- Manage hiring, training, performance reviews, territory assignments, forecasting, and budgeting
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key opinion leaders and manage customer issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of sales experience
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Medical devices, disposables, or capital equipment experience preferred
- Previous management experience preferred
Compensation: $138,000 - $151,800 base, plus commission and bonuses eligible
