Role Description The Physical Therapist Assistant at Husker Rehab is a full-time, on-site role based in Lincoln, NE. This position supports licensed Physical Therapists by implementing treatment plans, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, and monitoring progress to help improve mobility, strength, and functional independence. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with patient assessments, documenting treatment sessions accurately, maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment, and educating patients on home exercise programs and preventative care. The Physical Therapist Assistant collaborates closely with the clinical team to deliver consistent, high-quality care and contribute to a positive patient experience. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation to effectively support treatment plans and promote functional recovery. Candidates should possess excellent Patient Care and Quality Patient Care skills to ensure safe, compassionate, and individualized clinical support. Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Orthopedics to assist with musculoskeletal conditions and related therapies. Current licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Nebraska (or eligibility to obtain licensure) is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Ability to follow clinical protocols, use electronic health records, and maintain accurate documentation. Physical ability to assist patients with mobility tasks, including lifting, positioning, and transferring, in a safe manner. Prior experience in an outpatient rehabilitation or similar clinical setting is beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
