We are hiring an Operations Manager to run one of our precision machining plants end to end. As the top operational leader on site you will own how the facility performs on safety quality delivery cost and people inside an AS9100 Rev D and ITAR registered shop that builds parts for the aerospace defense medical semiconductor and transportation markets.

Operations Manager | Your Impact

• Carry the number on plant performance for safety quality delivery cost and people
• Run the floor day to day across machining assembly and support so customer commitments are met
• Coach and build out your leadership bench in production quality supply chain engineering and maintenance
• Protect on time delivery and recover at risk jobs by working the schedule through ERP and site data
• Steward the operating budget and push margin efficiency and cost discipline
• Keep the site aligned to the AS9100 Rev D system and to ITAR and US export control rules
• Champion lean problem solving to lift machine uptime throughput and lights out capacity

Operations Manager | What It Takes

• A track record of eight or more years leading operations in a manufacturing setting
• Time spent in aerospace defense precision machining or another regulated industry is a strong plus
• Experience owning several functions at once such as production quality and supply chain
• Comfort living in an ERP or MRP system day to day
• Familiarity with AS9100 along with ITAR and export control expectations is preferred
• A history of driving lean and continuous improvement when the pace is high
• A degree in engineering operations business or a related field is preferred
• Sharp financial and analytical instincts paired with people leadership that builds culture and accountability
