What You’ll Do

• Set up, maintain, and repair overhead door systems and operators for commercial clients.
• Identify root causes and troubleshoot issues across different door types and controls.
• Provide top-tier service by communicating clearly, listening carefully, and addressing customer needs.
• Work to safety standards and follow company procedures on every task.
• Capture accurate notes for service calls, repairs, and installations.
• Team up with colleagues to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
• Stay informed on new tools, technologies, and best practices in the overhead door field.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is beneficial.
• Hands-on experience as an overhead door technician or in a closely related mechanical role.
• Strong mechanical skills and diagnostic instincts.
• Ability to work solo on-site and also collaborate effectively with the team.
• Clear, professional communication and a customer service mindset.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call as needed.
