Park6 Logistics is seeking a professional and customer-focused Client Account Representative to join our growing team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met through outstanding communication, proactive support, and effective account management. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor client accounts and provide updates regarding services and solutions.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and improve satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate account records and documentation.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Support team initiatives and contribute to achieving company objectives
