About This Opportunity

This is a  pipeline position designed to build a strong pool of qualified candidates for upcoming openings. While we regularly hire for LPN roles,  specific shift availability is not guaranteed at the time of application .

Applicants must be  flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts , which may include:

• 6:00am – 2:30pm
• 2:00pm – 10:30pm
• 10:00pm - 6:30am

As positions become available, candidates from this pipeline will be considered for placement based on current staffing needs.

What You'll Do:

• Plan, coordinate, and implement personalized care plans for residents
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Maintain rigorous documentation and infection control standards
• Collaborate across teams and respond calmly in emergencies
• Uphold dignity and foster a positive environment for all residents

What You'll Need:

• Registered Nurse (RN)  with a valid Illinois license (required)
• 1-2 years of experience in long-term care preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
