Construction Superintendent

Location - Atlantic County, NJ Comp Range - $145k to $175k base PTO - 17 Days + Company Holidays About the Role: This opportunity is with one of the leading commercial GCs operating across the East Coast. Following a significant increase in awarded projects, this company is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee ground-up projects ranging from $50M to $110M. You will take full ownership of on-site operations, working closely with project management while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality across fast-paced, high-expectation projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage all on-site construction activities. Control scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Resolve on-site issues proactively and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and ownership groups. Utilize Procore and other project management tools to track progress and manage documentation. Enforce safety standards and ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to provide updates and address any concerns. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent managing ground-up commercial projects. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Proficient in Procore and other relevant project management software. Based in or willing to work across the South Jersey region.
