Human Resources Business Partner

Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sr. HRBP role located in the Miami Area. The Sr. HRBP will work shoulder to shoulder with our fantastic operations and clinical leaders by improving business outcomes through igniting the transformation of others. Qualifications Knows and loves talent and understands how to build great teams Spends time focusing on coaching and leadership with outcomes Demonstrate experience in performance management A leader first, HR second A Master\'s degree in HR or related field is preferred PHR or SPHR certification is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Human Resources Industries Medical Practices #J-18808-Ljbffr
