Location Type: Extrusion and Fabrication Plant
Metal Type: Aluminum
Metal Shape : Fabricated Components
Compensation Range : $200K+
15+ years of manufacturing/site leadership experience, ideally within automotive aluminum extrusion and fabrication.
Proven full P&L responsibility with experience managing plant financial performance, budgets, forecasts, costs, and profitability.
Strong leadership across operations, engineering, maintenance, quality, safety, and manufacturing teams.
Demonstrated experience driving operational excellence, productivity, asset utilization, CAPEX, and continuous improvement.
Strong automotive quality and customer experience, including IATF 16949, customer satisfaction, and resolution of quality/performance issues.
Proven ability to develop leadership teams, build a strong safety culture, engage employees, and drive growth in a complex manufacturing operation.
