This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in organization, accuracy, and keeping things moving in a fast‑paced environment.You won't just be moving parts, you'll play a critical role in shipping and receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment, ensuring materials and components are handled with precision so production and delivery stay on track.What You'll Be DoingReceive, inspect, and process incoming shipments (shipping and receiving)Pick, pack, and prepare orders (order picking / order fulfillment)Load and unload materials safely and efficientlySort, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locationsAssist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock replenishmentOperate warehouse equipmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentWork closely with production and logistics teams to meet daily prioritiesWhat You BringPrevious experience as a warehouse associate, warehouse worker, or material handlerProficiency in order picking, packing, and general warehouse operationsExperience operating forklift and/or order picker (required)Ability to safely load and unload materials while following safety standardsFamiliarity with inventory systems, or warehouse management systems (WMS)Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing orders and inventory controlAbility to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentValid Texas driver's license (or equivalent)Ability to operate a full-size pickup truck and trailerWhat You'll Get at ODRACompetitive hourly wageHealth and Dental InsurancePaid time offStable, full‑time work in a growing companySupportive, team‑first environmentOpportunities to grow as the company continues to expandIf you're looking for steady work, real responsibility, and the chance to grow with a company gaining momentum-ODRA is ready for you.
