SCHEDULE

Part-time, M-F 20 hours per week *Union Dues - $46.10 every 4 weeks

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage room setups for onsite meetings and perform facilities-related tasks, reporting findings as needed Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot mailing equipment, ensuring timely processing and distribution of mail Track mailing supplies, reorder as necessary, and sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mail Communicate with internal departments and service centers to maintain mail accuracy and flow, and prepare related reports Train and assist less-experienced workers while adhering to company policies, safety regulations, and professional standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Basic math, reading, and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software Knowledge of USPS, FedEx, UPS, and company mailing standards, plus preferred experience with related tracking and mailing software Typing speed of 35 wpm and data entry accuracy of 90% at 6,000 kph Valid OR/WA driver's license with clean driving record and any required certifications Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively with employees and customers Physical ability to stand/walk 4-8 hours daily and lift up to 60 lbs, with strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Physical requirements include the ability to stand or walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform tasks that require manual dexterity and mobility within an office and mail processing environment.
