About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Director for its Energy Power Generation division. This executive will be at the forefront of launching and scaling a new Generation Services practice, with a focus on consulting in the areas of Owner's Engineering, commissioning, operations and maintenance advisory, and cost estimation for power generation projects. The role is pivotal in building and managing a portfolio of energy industry clients, leading complex projects, and growing a national consulting practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships, leading multidisciplinary project teams, and driving new business development. A key aspect of the position is the ability to mentor and develop technical staff and project managers, as well as to provide oversight of EPC contractors and engineering teams. Applicants for this Senior Director position should have a minimum of 20 years' experience in power generation, utilities, or energy consulting, with a strong background in renewable, battery storage, or gas-fired generation projects. The role requires a proven track record in leadership, particularly in managing technical teams and projects, and a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred). The ideal candidate will possess strong business development and client relationship skills, and have experience serving as an Owner's Engineer or overseeing EPC providers. This is an executive-level role with a significant impact, offering the opportunity to work on major energy infrastructure projects and to lead a national consulting practice within a growing advisory firm.
