Two Distinct Career Paths

Recognizing that career aspirations differ, we offer two attractive compensation structures:

• Academic Track: Ideal for those who are enthusiastic about teaching, research, and academic leadership. The base salary starts at $440,000, with additional bonuses and opportunities for scholarly mentorship and career advancement.
• Clinical Track: Suited for individuals focused on delivering exceptional patient care. The base salary can reach up to $590,000 after three years of practice, along with various productivity incentives.
