Litigation Paralegal

Litigation ParalegalWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to attorneys throughout the litigation process. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, including pre-trial preparation, discovery, trial, and post-trial activities.Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information from various sources.Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery requests and responses.Organize and manage case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.Maintain and update case management databases and track case deadlines.Assist in the preparation of witnesses and evidence for trial.Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and other court appearances.Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and expert witnesses.Summarize depositions, interrogatories, medical records, and testimony.Attend trials and provide on-site support to attorneys as needed/requested.Ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal, specifically on the Plaintiff side.Ability to work in-office full-timeDemonstrated ability to handle a file without heavy oversightExceptional interpersonal skills, specifically the ability to handle sensitive subject matter with discretion and empathy5+ years of work experience with Litigation5+ years of work experience with Catastrophic Personal Injury5+ years of experience in Legal
