Litigation Paralegal

Our client is a well-established law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex matters in a fast-paced environment. Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Responsibilities Assist with all aspects of litigation, including trial preparation and courtroom support Manage e-discovery processes efficiently and accurately Prepare, draft, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in both federal and state courts Organize, maintain, and index case files, both physical and electronic Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and vendors Assist in preparing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders Summarize depositions, discovery responses, and other case materials Track deadlines, hearing dates, and case milestones to ensure timely filings Conduct legal and factual research as needed Handle some administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations Qualifications Prior litigation experience required, including trial support Strong knowledge of e-discovery, federal, and state court filing procedures Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Clear and professional communication skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment At our clients’ request, only individuals with required experience will be considered.
