Our client is seeking a sharp, detail-driven Paralegal to join a respected Insurance Practice Group supporting attorneys on complex, high-stakes matters. You’ll play a hands-on role in keeping cases moving, protecting critical deadlines, and helping attorneys deliver exceptional results for their clients. Benefits & Extras: Direct-hire opportunity with an established legal organization 100% onsite in downtown Birmingham Full health benefits package Medical insurance available day one Opportunity to support sophisticated insurance litigation matters Collaborative environment working directly with attorneys, clients, courts, and experts Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 based on experience +bonus What You’ll Be Doing: Prepare and electronically file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court documents Conduct legal research related to insurance matters Review and summarize medical records, depositions, and case materials Track case timelines and critical deadlines Maintain electronic and physical case files Support trial preparation, including exhibits, witnesses, and logistics Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and experts What You’ll Need to be Considered: Be able to do the job as described.
