LHH is currently seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Paralegal for a full-time position with a reputable law firm located in Birmingham, AL. This opportunity is ideal for a legal professional with 2–5 years of hands-on insurance defense experience, looking to join a fast-paced and professional legal environment. Key Responsibilities: Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, and motions Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation throughout litigation process Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists Conduct legal research and summarize case information Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Handle scheduling, calendaring, and deadline tracking Time entry and billing support Qualifications: 2–5 years of insurance defense litigation experience required Familiarity with Alabama court procedures and filing systems Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal practice management software Exceptional organizational and communication skills Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for long-term career growth Collaborative and professional team environment Ready to Apply?
