On-Target Earnings: $75,000-$125,000+

Base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
• Assist customers with coverage questions, policy changes, billing, claims, and other service needs.
• Conduct insurance reviews and help customers understand their coverage and options.
• Identify opportunities to better protect customers with additional products and services.
• Follow up with customers and prospects consistently.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for additional insurance conversations.
• Take ownership of customer needs and follow through until they are resolved.
• Maintain accurate and timely customer records.
• Work with the team to achieve individual and agency goals.

Requirements

• One year of State Farm experience
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive, professional attitude
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable having sales and insurance conversations
• Proactive problem solver
• Consistent with follow-up
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Able to multitask and work in a team environment
• Committed to providing excellent customer service

Licensing

• Property Casualty license — must have or be able to obtain
• Life Health license — must have or be able to obtain
