Promote dental health services, including aesthetic dentistry, implants, and other dental treatments, to American clients. Communicate with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans, ensuring they are well-informed about the benefits of receiving dental care in Turkey. Coordinate dental tourism packages, including scheduling treatments, travel arrangements, and accommodations, to ensure a seamless experience for clients. Collect payment for transportation and accommodations from customer. 2. Vacation Planning Integration: Provide detailed information about vacation opportunities available in Turkey, including travel to destinations like Antalya and Aegean coastal regions. Arrange holiday packages that complement dental treatments, allowing clients to enjoy both their healthcare and leisure activities during their stay. Manage the booking processes for vacation components, ensuring all aspects of the client's trip are coordinated smoothly with their dental appointments. 3. Client Communication and Relationship Management: Communicate effectively in both Turkish and English to liaise with American clients and Turkish healthcare providers. Provide ongoing support and answer inquiries from clients regarding their treatment and vacation plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the services received, and handle follow-up communications to support client retention and repeat business. 4. Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of client information, treatment plans, and communication logs. Prepare and submit reports on client engagement, treatment progress, and operational efficiency to management. Assist with managing marketing and promotional efforts to attract new clients to the dental tourism services. 5. Operational Coordination: Ensure smooth coordination between dental treatment schedules and vacation plans, adapting to any changes in client needs or schedules. Liaise with Turkish healthcare providers to ensure all treatment-related matters are handled efficiently and effectively. Handle logistical aspects related to client travel, including transportation arrangements, and any other necessary preparations to facilitate a positive client experience. Requirements Associate's degree in dental laboratory technology, Dental Prosthetics, or Health Information Technology (HIT) with a focus on Dental Records Management.
