Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 3 years License: Valid nursing license required Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Experience with EPIC Peripheral IV experience Telemetry interpretation skills Description: We are seeking a qualified travel nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing. Travel nurses may be required to float between various units based on skill sets. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend. Daily patient ratios are expected to be 4:1. Peripheral IV management experience is essential. Candidates should possess strong telemetry monitoring skills. Charting will be conducted using the Epic system. Commitment to patient care and teamwork is crucial for this role. Flexibility to adjust to varying patient needs is required. Travelers may be expected to float to different facilities as needed. Additional incentives may apply for certain floating locations. Must have reliable transportation for this assignment. References are required as part of the application process. Candidates must have the ability to provide care for adult and geriatric patients. The position involves providing comprehensive nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
