Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) with specialty in Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) in Portland, Oregon. This role involves delivering coordinated nursing care to a patient or an assigned group of patients, adhering to established standards of care and utilizing the nursing process. The nurse will supervise and direct various levels of nursing staff, collaborate with other healthcare disciplines, and participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.

Job Details

Location: Portland, OR 97216

Schedule: Rotating shifts, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); RN licensure in Oregon; BLS or HS-BLS or RQIBLS certification from approved vendor; EPIC experience required; minimum of 0 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications: Acute care facility experience in medical-surgical or telemetry units

Essential Functions: Collects relevant patient data, analyzes assessment information, develops and implements care plans, evaluates progress, collaborates with patient and healthcare team, provides patient education, participates in discharge planning, delegates tasks appropriately, and performs other related duties
