Office Assistant / Customer Service Representative
Wooster, OH
MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay: Based on Experience

Mancan Staffing is partnering with a growing company in Wooster that is seeking an organized, professional, and customer-focused Office Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join their team. This position is ideal for someone with previous office experience, preferably in sales or business-to-business (B2B) customer interactions, though experience is not required for the right candidate with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

* Draft correspondence and prepare other formal documents.
* Plan and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
* Greet and assist onsite visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
* Answer and direct inbound phone calls.
* Maintain organized filing systems and office records.
* Provide administrative support and perform general office duties.
* Assist customers and clients with inquiries and service needs.

Qualifications:

* Previous office, customer service, sales, or administrative experience preferred.
* Business-to-business sales or customer interaction experience is a plus, but not required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
