Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Nights

Role Registered Nurse (RN) in a fast-paced, technical healthcare setting. Responsibilities Provide high-quality, patient-centered care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, supervise team members, and ensure safe medication administration. Communicate clearly, build relationships, and promote a therapeutic environment. Maintain accurate documentation and support patient education. Take initiative for professional growth and performance improvement. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; current Texas RN license; Basic Life Support certification; minimum 12 months RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency. Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and standards. Ability to handle confidential information, demonstrate excellent communication, and work effectively in team settings. Key Duties Ensure patient safety, adhere to care standards, utilize the nursing process, and contribute to a collaborative, safe environment.
