Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly and professionally, actively listening to their vehicle concerns.
- Accurately diagnose and document customer issues, translating them into clear repair orders.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to understand repair needs and timelines.
- Provide customers with detailed explanations of recommended services and associated costs, building trust and transparency.
- Schedule appointments and manage the workflow of the service department efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with completed repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Writer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using automotive repair software and systems.
- A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
