We're currently hiring to join a chiropractic office in Medina! If you're friendly, organized, and thrive on helping others, this could be the perfect fit. Medical or chiropractic office experience 1 year needed ✅ What We're Looking For
- Strong communication & multitasking skills
- Friendly, professional, patient‑focused attitude
- Comfortable with computers and office software
- Medical or chiropractic office experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hiring a Full‑Time
- Hours vary weekly based on availability, vacations & office needs
- Office hours fall between 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM
- Typical scheduled hours:
- Mon / Wed / Thurs: 12:30 PM - 7:30 PM
- Tues & Fri: 12:30 until 6:00 PM
- Saturdays required: 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM
✅ Flexibility is a must
- Welcome and check patients in and out
- Answer phones and assist patients in person & electronically
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Collect copays and support billing tasks
- Maintain patient records (paper & electronic)
- Supportive, team‑oriented atmosphere
