LightStone Law is looking to add a paralegal to their team who is excited to work with a growing and thriving firm! The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with our attorneys to manage matters in a variety of business practice areas, eventually specializing in a specific practice area with a team of experts in that subject matter.
Responsibilities
§ Oversee administration of matters, including preparation and filing of court documents, accountings, inventories, tax filings, and other related documentation as directed.
§ Serve as the primary contact for client scheduling and communication.
§ Assist in the development and execution of legal matters, as directed by attorneys in practice areas such as. trust and estate planning or business practice .
§ Perform other related tasks as assigned by attorneys.
