Travel Physical Therapist

Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week home-health assignment in Jackson, CA. Earn up to $3,380 per week based on experience. Work independently, building relationships with patients and supporting their recovery at home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients in their homes and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services to improve strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, fall prevention, and safe mobility techniques
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare team members
• Complete timely and accurate electronic documentation
• Ensure compliance with home health regulations and agency policies

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current California Physical Therapist License (or eligibility)
• Current BLS Certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently while managing a flexible daily schedule
